The present invention relates to a pipe clamping device which is fixed to a pipe so as to prevent the pipe from being damaged or scratched, wherein a main body (10) is formed in a cylinder shape; the outer circumferential surface of the main body (10) is perforated with first holes (12); a cylindrical member (20) is put in the main body (10); the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical member (20) is perforated with second holes (22); the first holes (12) of the main body (10) match the second holes (22) of the cylindrical member (20); a press circular plate (30) is disposed at one side end of the main body (10); a press bolt (40) is coupled to a bolt hole (14) formed in the center of one side end of the main body (10) through a center hole (31) of the press circular plate (30); and the cylindrical member length (S2) from the center (O) of the second hole (22) to an end portion which is closely contacted with the press circular plate (30) is longer than the main body length (S1) from the center (O) of the first hole (10) to an end portion in which a bolt hole (34) is formed. |
