The present invention provides a standing and sitting exercise bicycle in which a fixture frame connected to a pedal part including a pair of pedals respectively disposed on central portions of front and rear surfaces of a pulley that receives belt tension is foldably hinge-coupled to a rotation frame connected to a handle and has a chair on an upper portion thereof. A guide block having a space therein is longitudinally disposed on the upper portion of the fixture frame, and guide holes are defined on top and side surfaces of the guide space. A rack gear is disposed on an inner edge of the guide hole defined in the side surface of the guide space, and then a movement block disposed on a bottom surface of the chair is movably coupled to the inside of the space. Then, a pinion gear disposed on a side surface of the movement block is engaged with the rack gear to move the chair of the exercise bicycle forward and backward by rotation of the pinion gear. |
