The present invention relates to a method of preparing a ceramic coating material capable of being coated on a base material such as a metal, ceramic, glass, etc. without an organic binder and sintered at low temperatures; and a coated product obtained by applying the ceramic coating material. More specifically, the method of preparing a ceramic coating material includes: (i) preparing a composition by mixing 50-70 parts by weight of SiO_2, 0.1-15 parts by weight of Na_2O, 0.1-5 parts by weight of K_2O, 5-25 parts by weight of Al_2O_3, 0.1-3 parts by weight of Fe_2O_3, 0.1-3 parts by weight of BaO, and 0.1-2 parts by weight of CaCO_3; (ii) heat treating the composition to prepare an amorphous sintered material; (iii) pulverizing the amorphous sintered material to produce the powders; and (iv) adding in the powder thus formed to at least one of 5-20 parts by weight of SiO_2 and 0.1-20 parts by weight of TiO_2, and wet milling. |
