receiving a plurality of input data values and a plurality of position indicators at a processor, wherein each position indicator of the plurality of position indicators is associated with a corresponding input data value of the plurality of input data values and indicates a relative position of the corresponding input data value in the plurality of input data values; comparing a data value of the plurality of input data values to a first element stored at a first location of a first storage device; when the data value satisfies a condition with respect to the first element, moving the first element to a second location of the first storage device and inserting the data value into the first location of the first storage device; and outputting one or more of the received plurality of position indicators that correspond to one or more data values stored in the first storage device. |
