Provided in the present invention is a dual hood structure for removing fume in a high-heat dust causing apparatus, which is installed in the upper part of a dust or fume discharging unit of an apparatus that generates a large quantity of dust or fume, includes an auxiliary duct pipe (310), separated from an inner wall of a fixated duct pipe (210) at a fixed interval, at the center of the fixated duct pipe (210) connected with a high-pressure air suction device, includes an auxiliary hood (320) on the bottom of the auxiliary duct pipe (310), separated from a fixated hood (220) at a fixed interval, and includes an interval maintaining fixture (500) between the fixated hood (220) and auxiliary hood (320) in order to separate the auxiliary duct pipe (310) from the fixated duct pipe (210) at a fixed interval and to separate the auxiliary hood (320) from the fixated hood (220). Therefore, the dual hood structure for removing fume can prevent a suction amount of air from being concentrated only on the center in order to evenly distribute the suction amount of air by dividing the fixated duct pipe into a double structure using the auxiliary duct pipe, can suck fume from a larger area than before by dividing the air suction direction of the fixated duct pipe into two passages such as the center of the fixated duct pipe and a passage between the fixated hood and the auxiliary hood through the installation of the auxiliary hood on the auxiliary duct pipe, and can maximize dust collection efficiency and efficiency of removing fume in a mixed state between dust and steam by significantly reducing elements that interrupting the flow of air by minimizing the generation of an eddy on the inner wall adjacent to the inlet of the conventional fixated duct pipe. |
