The present invention relates to a system for reducing smoke by absorbing exhaust gas dust in circulating water and collecting the exhaust heat of a boiler. The present invention remarkably reduces the smoke by collecting and absorbing the exhaust gas dust in the circulating water. The exhaust heat is collected through an exhaust gas dust collecting pipe (1) and is used for hot-water heating.
