Provided is an apparatus for forming a complex low-temperature environment, including: a tidal wave tub having a tidal wave unit for generating a tidal wave at one side, while storing water inside to enhance economic feasibility and efficiency by efficiently composing polar environments including low temperatures and vibrations; a low-temperature chamber floating on top of the water level of the water stored inside the tidal wave tub, while selectively having an object for inspection for a glacimarine inside; and a refrigerating device connected to maintain a low temperature status inside the floating low-temperature chamber.
