The purpose of the present invention is to provide an electrochemiluminescence cell using FTO glass coated with porous TiO2 as a substrate to improve luminous efficiency and using a gel-type luminous substance that is in a semi-solid state instead of a liquid luminous substance. The electrochemiluminescence cell using a gel-type luminous substance proposed in the present invention comprises: a first FTO glass having an FTO electrode formed therein; a porous TiO2 layer formed on the FTO electrode; a gel-type luminous substance coated on the porous TiO2 layer; and a second FTO glass having an FTO electrode formed therein to be in contact with the gel-type luminous substance, wherein the gel-type luminous substance contains Ru(bpy)2+, NH4PF6, propylene carbonate, and SiO2. According to the present invention, the electrochemiluminescence cell can be manufactured even in the case of using a gel-type luminous substance that is in a semi-solid state. |
