PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion control method of a heat storage combustion type heat treating furnace which, when changing a combustion operation and a heat storage operation in a pair of heat storage type burners by turns, regulates the quantity of fuel gas or air for combustion supplied from a fuel gas supply pipe or an air supply pipe constant in the heat storage type burners and appropriately stabilizes combustion.SOLUTION: When changing the combustion operation and the heat storage operation in the pair of heat storage type burners, the supply quantities of fuel gas and air for combustion supplied from a combustion gas supply pipe and an air supply pipe are reduced from a normal burning state in a heat storage type burner 20a in burning operation, while the supply quantities the fuel gas and the air vor coumustion supplied from the combustion gas supply pipe and the air supply pipe are increased from a stopping state in a heat storage type burner 20b in heat storage operation, thereby regulating the supply quantities of the fuel gas and air for combustion supplied from the fuel gas supply pipe and air supply pipe constant in the pair of heat storage type burners. |
