The present invention relates to a variable displacement swash plate type compressor with a flow rate detecting unit (700) which includes a sensing body (710) connected to the rear end of a bush (600) by the medium of a main spring (S1), axially sliding along with the bush (600), installed to open or close a discharge flow path (136) connecting a discharge chamber (134) to a discharge port (133), and controlling the flow of a refrigerant in the discharge flow path (136) when sliding; and a sensor (720) installed on one side of a rear head (130), facing the sensing body (710), and sensing the access or the separation of the sensing body (710). According to the present invention, a torque estimation value approximating the actual torque of the variable displacement swash plate type compressor can be obtained, thereby efficiently controlling an engine torque. In addition, a sensing part is installed inside a rear housing without an extra throttle part, so the deterioration of a flow rate is prevented and the accuracy of a measurement value is maintained even if the flow rate is low, thereby accurately measuring the discharge amount of the refrigerant. |
