<p>A spill-proof drinking bottle comprising of a bottle having a threaded mouth portion, a C-shaped handle having a central ring insertably secured on said threaded mouth portion, a spout assembly screwably connected to said threaded mouth portion, and a cap securedly provided on top of said spout assembly, said spout assembly consisting of a threaded collar, a spout member having a circular base centrally fitted to said collar, a circular insert secured in said circular base of said spout member, said circular insert having a circular port thereof, and a holding stud at the bottom of said insert, and a valve sheet member having a sealing plug removably fitted to said circular port.</p> |
