The present invention relates to a method of preparing pyrus pyrifolia fruit wine and pyrus pyrifolia fruit wine prepared thereof. More specifically, the present invention not only solves the problem of the limited usage for a pyrus pyrifolia fruit by settling optimal manufacturing conditions of a wine using pyrus pyrifolia fruit used restrictively as food materials, but also may produce pyrus pyrifolia fruit wine having excellent flavor by providing a method of producing high quality pyrus pyrifolia fruit wine. |
