摘要 The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a soybean sauce for stir-fried rice cake and to a soybean sauce for stir-fried rice cake manufactured by the same. The manufacturing method of soybean sauce for stir-fried rice cake includes the steps of: (a) producing broth by boiling kelp and anchovies in water; (b) producing a blueberry extract by fermenting blueberries to which sugar, yeast, and lactobacillus are added; and (c) mixing soy sauce, onion extract, garlic extract and starch syrup with the broth produced in step (a) and the blueberry extract produced in step (b).
