摘要 The present invention relates to a novel apparatus which enables quickly and continuously automatic production in vacuum molding required in a manufacturing process for a vacuum insulation panel (VIP) and is able to largely improve the quality and effectiveness of vacuum treatment, and a method thereof. The apparatus comprises: a low vacuum chamber (100) which is installed at one side, performs primary low vacuum treatment process on an insulation core covered with a sealable film by using a low vacuum pump; a high vacuum chamber (200) which is additionally installed at the rear side of the low vacuum chamber (100) and forms the insulation core on which the primary low vacuum treatment process is performed in order to be in a secondary high vacuum state which is a final goal by using a high vacuum pump; a roller device (300) for moving a carrier which is installed at each lower part of the inner sides of the low vacuum chamber (100) and the high vacuum chamber (200) and allows discharge and transmission to the next line after work correspondence by the automatic entry of a workpiece accommodated in a carrier; and a conveyer device (300) for carrier automatic rotation transfer which is installed in the front side of the drying and low vacuum chamber (100) and the rear side of the high vacuum chamber (200) and allows a carrier (50) for transferring a workpiece to be on standby at a work corresponding position at all times by consecutively and automatically circulating the carrier (50) for transferring a workpiece.
