摘要 The present invention relates to an apparatus for inspecting the surface of a lens of an LED package. The apparatus comprises: a first lighting unit which radiates R, G, B, W, and UV direct light to the upper part of an lens of an LED package; and a second lighting unit which radiates R, G, B, W, and UV oblique light to the upper part of the first lighting unit. The apparatus can inspect a wide range of the surface of the lens of the LED package by radiating the R, G, B, W, and UV oblique light from the second lighting unit to an inspection area which is not radiated with the R, G, B, W, and UV direct light from the first lighting unit, and can significantly improve inspection performance to the extent to inspect even small and various defects on the surface of the lens of the LED package by consecutively radiating the R, G, B, W, and UV direct light and the R, G, B, W, and UV oblique light from the first lighting unit and the second lighting unit respectively.
