The present invention relates to an advertisement system having a multi-local service function and a method for realizing a multi-local service function in a user terminal. The present invention is characterized by comprising the first step of loading an OS to a system memory to maintain operation standby status when a user terminal is power on; and the second step of providing an output unit with a user customized local service by a multi-local service module according to a multi-local service implementation request through an input unit of the user after identifying that the OS is operated.
