The present invention relates to a farm-produce drying apparatus comprising a drying room whose inside is divided into multiple sections, thereby putting a large amount of farm-produce at a time in the divided sections inside the drying room. The farm-produce drying apparatus comprises a base having supports protruding from both sides thereof; a ventilation pipe having both ends supported by each of the supports and including multiple ventilation holes formed in the outer circumferential surface thereof; a pair of circular side plates installed at the ventilation pipe to be able to rotate and spaced apart from each other; a net shaped cylindrical tube attached between the circular side plates; a rotary drum installed on the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical tube and having doors; multiple dividing plates installed in a longitudinal direction of the ventilation pipe between the circular side plates to divide an inside of the rotary drum into multiple drying sections, wherein the multiple dividing plates are positioned in parallel with each other and have a net shape; a driving unit installed at the base and rotating the rotary drum; a ventilator installed at the base and supplying wind to the ventilation pipe; and a control operator for controlling the operations of the driving unit and the ventilator. |
