Disclosed is a sewage treatment apparatus for a ship with an air injection device to inject air into a sewage tank in order to prevent deposit of residues in a sewage tank. The sewage treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a sewage tank to contain sewage generated in a ship; and an air injection device to inject high pressure air to mix the sewage and residues in the sewage tank.
