The disclosed spindle unit comprises a spindle motor equipped with a rotary shaft; a turntable which is combined with the rotary shaft and supports the bottom of the optical disk; a sliding cone which is combined with the turntable to elastically move up and down and is inserted to a center hole formed in the center of the optical disk. The surface of the sliding cone has a protruding unit which protrudes. The center of the protruding unit has a concave unit which is dented downwards.
