<p>An embodiment of the present invention relates to a power module. An objective of the present invention is to provide a power module having a current detection function and an improved electrical characteristic. To this end, in the present invention, disclosed is a power module comprising a first substrate having a plurality of wiring patterns; at least one power device mounted on the wiring patterns; at least one current sensing device mounted on the wiring patterns; a conductive wire electrically connected with the wiring patterns and the power device; at least one main device provided outside the first substrate and electrically connected with the wiring patterns; a module body positioned outside the first substrate and having an opened upper portion, wherein the main terminal penetrates the module body to be positioned in the side direction; and a cover for closing the upper portion of the module body.</p> |
