A rinsed-off type hair cosmetic composition is provided to prevent flaking, show excellent stability against aging and provide smooth, vivid and elastic feeling to hair after dryness. A hair cosmetic composition comprises: an anionic surfactant; an amphoteric surfactant; a water-soluble copolymer of vinyl pyrrolidone(VP) and vinyl acetate(VA), wherein a ratio of the VP and the VA is 60:40-99:1; and a silicone compound, and is rinsed-off after use, wherein the content of the silicone compound is 0.05-20 wt.%. |
