发明名称 Method for deposition of carbon nanofibers onto nanocomposite surface
摘要 Deposition method of carbon nanofibers (CNF) onto nanocomposite (nc-Ti1-xAlxN)/(a-Si3N4) (nACo) surface and investigation of the structure and tribological properties of CNF. The alcohol chemical vapor deposition (ACCVD) technique was employed to prepare CNF and the deposition temperature varied between 600-800 ?C. Prior the CNF deposition, Ni catalyst was deposited onto nACo surface by means of two methods, sol-gel and magnetron sputtering. The nanocomposite was deposited by arc cathode method on the WC-Co substrate. The influence of deposition temperature on the carbon nanofibers structure was shown by Raman spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), namely an increase in length and diameter of CNF was observed with increasing of deposition temperature from 600 to 800 ?C. According to the tribological tests it was shown that the coefficient of friction (COF) decreasing from 1.0-1.2 for clean nACo surface to the 0.2-0.4 value for CNF layer deposited on the nACo surface.
