The method involves injecting a liquid plastic material in a mold containing gas, and spreading the plastic material in the mold along two fronts, where the fronts enter in contact in a re-attachment zone i.e. central portion (10). An exhaust pipe for exhausting the gas towards degassing orifices of the mold is formed in the re-attachment zone by the fronts. The fronts are displaced in the re-attachment zone in a manner non-parallel to each other. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a mold for implementing a molding method comprising a hollow body (2) a manifold for a heat exchanger.
