The device (DIS) has two floating non-identical structures (STR1, STR2) that float in a free and independent manner with regard to each other. A set of different movements is produced by the non-identical structures under the effect of waves. A pneumatic energy collecting unit (MCE) is placed between the two non-identical structures. The set of structures is superimposed with each other. The energy collecting unit is arranged with a set of deformable bodies (COR1-COR3) that is associated with a spring.
