AT LEAST PARTIALLY ENAMELLED RELIEF DIAL

The dial (23) has a visible surface including raised and recessed areas (28, 29). A first enamelled part (25) is formed by a substrate with a hole. Second and third enamelled parts (24, 27) are formed by another substrate. One of the substrates is enamel coated i.e. nacre coated, and forms a portion of the visible surface of the dial. The second and third parts are secured to the first part by an adhesive material such as polymer adhesive, so as to totally cover periphery of the hole without projecting into the hole for forming the dial. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating a partially enamelled dial.
