The wheel (1) has a shaft (2) for pivotingly guiding around a pivot axis (D). A driving unit (7) e.g. toothed segment, is arranged back on a flange (8). A flexible element (9) is provided between the shaft and the flange. The flange includes a cylindrical bearing cooperating in support of centering with a complementary cylindrical bearing surface. The shaft ensures a perfect concentricity of the driving unit with the shaft. An impact strength of the flexible element is selected according to an acceptable maximum value of an unbalance of a component. An independent claim is also included for a watch movement part.
