PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat absorption sheet and a thawing method capable of thawing frozen foods of meats and fish in a short time without using a heat source such as an electricity to solve disreputation on conventional thawing methods by flowing water or a microwave oven having drip and affects taste and color as well as natural thawing or thawing in a refrigerator taking time with 2 hours or more and having drip.SOLUTION: The thawing sheet for foods achieves shortening thawing time, reduction of drip and changes of color or taste generated during thawing by increasing a contact area and using an endothermic action of the thawing sheet to heat of frozen foods with mixing powder aluminum or powder ceramic with water and high water absorption polymer or CMC (carboxy methyl cellulose), and hinokitiol to make them in a gel-like state, putting into a bag of nylon, plastic or aluminum sheet and the like to make them in the sheet state having softness, then sandwiching the targeted frozen foods. |
