PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release guide of a plate-type heat exchanger which can easily perform maintenance by effectively controlling contamination between fluids which are heat-exchanged.SOLUTION: A release guide of a heat exchanger comprises: a step for performing F&B-cleaning to one flow passage of the heat exchanger which is separated from a system; a step for performing the drain treatment of a nozzle part and drying heat transfer plates; a step for removing the heat transfer plates at one pair of two pieces by releasing the heat exchanger after injecting and applying a peelable coating to a heat transfer face S of the heat transfer plate which corresponds to one flow passage; a step for peeling one pair of the two pieces of the heat transfer plates after hanging the removed heat transfer plate into a temporary pedestal, and applying the peelable coating to even the heat transfer face of the heat transfer plate which corresponds to the other flow passage, firstly peeling the peelable coating from the heat transfer face of the heat transfer plate which corresponds to one passage and cleaning the heat transfer face, and sequentially peeling the peelable coating from the heat transfer face of the heat transfer plate which corresponds to the other flow passage and cleaning the heat transfer face; a step for recovering the heat exchanger by returning the heat transfer plates to a main body part; and a step for performing the F&B-cleaning to the other flow passage, returning the heat exchanger to a system, and recovering the system. |
