PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a reference signal and a data signal for channel measurement simultaneously while maintaining the quality of a channel for transmitting them, by performing resource allocation control according to transmission power control using the allowable power value of a mobile station device.SOLUTION: A base station device 1 communicating with a wireless resource control unit 107 for determining whether or not simultaneous transmission of data signal and reference signal is possible based on an allowable power value, i.e., the difference between the maximum transmission power value of a mobile station device and a predetermined power value estimated for transmission of a link, notified from the mobile station device, and a mobile station device transmitting a data signal and a reference signal for channel measurement, comprises: a simultaneous transmission setting unit 1051 for setting simultaneous transmission control information indicating whether or not simultaneous transmission of a data signal and a reference signal is possible in the mobile station device; and a transmission unit 101 for transmitting the simultaneous transmission control information thus set to the mobile station device. |
