<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front plate integrated touch panel sensor substrate and a display device, enabling suppression of breaking at a connection part connecting a transparent electrode and a wiring part, without making a frame part thin.SOLUTION: A front plate integrated touch panel sensor substrate includes: transparent cover glass 1; a bezel 20 formed on one side of the cover glass 1 and partitions a display area; and a touch panel sensor layer 10 formed on the one side of the cover glass 1. The touch panel sensor layer 10 includes: a first transparent electrode 60 and a second transparent electrode 70 formed on the display area; draw-out wiring 50 formed on the bezel 20; and connection parts 67, 77 connecting the first and second transparent electrodes 60, 70 and the draw-out wiring 50, respectively. A side surface part 20a on an inner peripheral side of the bezel 20 has a plurality of step-like stepped parts arranged from a side of the display area toward the draw-out wiring 50.</p> |
