PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful conductive paste for an electrode of a solar battery, a solar battery, and a method of producing a solar battery by reducing the contact resistance of a metal electrode.SOLUTION: A conductive paste for an electrode of a solar battery includes: glycerol or ethylene glycol; glass frit; and a non-glass component mainly composed of at least one of silver and copper, and containing at least one of vanadium and rhodium.
