<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for calender molding, which has excellent processability, and to provide a method for producing topping rubber by using the rubber composition for calender molding.SOLUTION: The rubber composition for calender molding is subjected to elongation deformation by calender rolls and exhibits 102 kPa or lower elongation viscosity when the temperature is 95°C and the shear rate is 500-2,000 (1/second). The method for producing topping rubber comprises a step of subjecting the rubber composition for calender molding to elongation molding by using calender rolls each having 60-100°C surface temperature to mold as the topping rubber of a ply of a pneumatic tire.</p> |
