The pixel structure comprises: a substrate; an organic light-emitting layer arranged on the substrate; and an organic light-gathering layer which is arranged on a light-emitting side of the organic light-emitting layer, and onto which light emitted by the organic light-emitting layer is incident, and is used for gathering light generated by the organic light-emitting layer.
