The present invention relates to a multifunctional water floating body which comprises: an anti-skid plate whereby an anti-skid means is provided on an upper surface; a buoyant pipe positioned on a lower side of the anti-skid plate, and receiving buoyant force to prevent the anti-skid plate from being sunk underwater; a plurality of anti-sway supports fastened to a lower portion of the anti-skid plate to support the anti-skid plate, and connected to the buoyant pipe to fixate and support the buoyant pipe; and a plurality of sinkers fastened to a lower side of each of the anti-sway supports and sunk underwater, wherein each of the anti-sway supports are fastened to the neighboring anti-sway supports to make the buoyant pipes be fixated to each other, the upper surface of the sinkers includes a concave surface to provide a space whereby fishes and water plants can live, thereby contributing to the developments of an aquatic ecosystem, being eco-friendly, enhancing the effectiveness of child education because children can view the fishes or water grasses surviving in the wild, and enabling aquatic organisms and human beings to coexist in a more pleasant environment.
