Disclosed is the invention of upper clothes using remnants of cloth. The disclosed upper clothes using remnants of cloth is characterized by comprising a front plate including a button on any one edge and including a hole in which the button is inserted on the other edge; a back plate sewed with the front plate to be connected backward; an arm member connected long with the upper edge of the front plate and the back plate; and a pocket part formed on at least any one among the front plate using any one part of remnants of cloth produced during cutting out the front plate, back plate, and arm member from the cloth.
