An underpinning apparatus of the present invention comprises the a band which has wrinkles formed perpendicular to a length direction on a surface; and a buckle inserted into a band and including a holdup unit on which the wrinkles are caught, to prevent the inserted band from moving, and whose inner surface is curved against the tree. The buckle, assistance part, and supporting part are installed, based around the band surrounding the tree, thereby being easily and reliably installed. |
