A waterproof sheet for planar heating element is provided to remove induction current by the static electricity and electric field and reduce leakage current so that the construction of wide area is possible. A waterproof sheet(20) of a planar heating element comprises a lower waterproof sheet(11) laminated on the upper side of the planar heating element; a shield sheet(12) laminated on the upper side of the lower waterproof sheet, including a conductor connected to the N pole of an earth leakage breaker extended from the planar heating element; and an upper waterproof sheet(13) laminated on the upper side of the shield sheet. The conductor of the shield sheet is a lead wire formed on the top of the shield sheet, and the shield sheet is made of conductive non-woven, conductive fabric, metal foil, metalized fabric or conductive metalized film. |
