PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic gear, a magnetic gear mechanism, and an encoder device that effectively utilize a magnetic flux generated from a magnet and thus increase a transmittable driving force.SOLUTION: A worm wheel 33 includes a magnet 34 with an N pole and an S pole arranged along a predetermined axial direction, and a pair of gear parts 35 formed of a ferromagnetic substance in a cylinder having a larger outside diameter than the magnet 34 and having a plurality of teeth 35a formed in a peripheral region. The pair of gear parts 35 sandwiches the magnet 34 from both sides along the predetermined axial direction in an axially aligned state. The magnet 34 is formed in a cylinder. |
