摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric power generation module which achieves high power generation efficiency, even when a temperature of its heat source is low, and temperature difference between the low temperature side and high temperature side is small.SOLUTION: A thermoelectric power generation module 10 includes: a thermoelectric conversion layer 3 in which a plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements 2 are electrically connected in series and radially arranged in a main surface direction of a substrate 1; a heat radiation layer 7 which is connected to the center of the thermoelectric conversion layer, and is arranged on a surface of the substrate opposite to the main surface; a heat insulation layer 8 arranged on an outer circumference of the heat radiation layer; and a heat absorbing layer 5 which is connected to an outer circumference of the thermoelectric conversion layer, and is arranged at the main surface side of the substrate 1. In the thermoelectric conversion elements 2, p-type semiconductors 21 and n-type semiconductors 22 are radially and alternately arranged. The p-type semiconductors 21 and the n-type semiconductors 22 are electrically connected in series sequentially with electrodes 11 and 12. Among the electrodes, a first electrode 11 arranged at the center side of the radial arrangement configures a thermal conduction path of heat radiation to the heat radiation layer through a first heat conduction part 14. A second electrode 12 arranged at an outer circumference of the radial arrangement configures a heat conduction path of heat absorption from the heat absorbing layer to the thermoelectric conversion elements 2 through the second heat conduction part 15.
