PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor and a force-feed type toilet device comprising the same which can prevent incorrect notification from being provided when a care receiver does not have abnormality. ! SOLUTION: A monitor (microwave sensor 50 for abnormality monitoring) comprises: a transmission unit 51 which transmits a microwave of a prescribed frequency toward a care receiver; a reception unit 52 which receives a microwave transmitted from the transmission unit 51 and reflected by the care receiver; a controller 100 which detects an action of the care receiver on the basis of the difference between the prescribed frequency and the frequency of the microwave received by the reception unit 52 and determines whether the care receiver has abnormality or not; and noise reduction means which reduces noise caused by the microwave reflected by a person other than the care receiver. !
