<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce stress that is applied to an end face of a fixing belt from a flange member, so as to prevent cracks on the end face of a fixing belt, which causes rupture of the fixing belt.SOLUTION: A fixing device of the present invention includes: a flange member 31 including a fixing belt 24 that is rotated around a rotation shaft X, a body part 57 that is provided on the outside in a rotation shaft X direction of an end face 41 of the fixing belt 24, and an insertion part 58 that is provided on the inside in the rotation shaft X direction of the body part 57; and a stationary member 32 having a contact part 67 that is provided on the outside in the rotation shaft X direction of the body part 57. When the end face 41 of the fixing belt 24 is inclined with respect to a surface S perpendicular to the rotation shaft X, the end face 41 of the fixing belt 24 presses the body part 57 to be brought into contact with the contact part 67; the flange member 31 is tilted around the contact position between the body part 57 and the contact part 67 to cause the insertion part 58 to press an inner peripheral surface 29 of the fixing belt 24; and the fixing belt 24 is inclined in a direction to reduce the inclination of the end face 41 of the fixing belt 24 with respect to the surface S perpendicular to the rotation shaft X.</p> |
