PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer coating composition which is excellent in sticking property to a metal material to be coated, adhesion to a polyamide (nylon) resin film, and deteriorated fuel resistance.SOLUTION: The primer coating composition contains: a polyimide resin (A); a polyamideimide resin (B); nylon resin beads (C); and a phenolic resin (D). The content of the polyimide resin (A) is 5-45 pts.mass, the content of the polyamideimide resin (B) is 5-45 pts.mass, the content of the nylon resin beads (C) is 10-45 pts.mass, and the content of the phenolic resin (D) is 1-10 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the total of respective resin solid contents of the polyimide resin (A), the polyamideimide resin (B), the nylon resin beads (C), and the phenolic resin (D). |
