<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for removing organic materials by decomposition having a simple constitution and easy handling nature, in which organic materials adhering to a metal member or ceramic member is removed by decomposition and gasification using titanium oxide and the decomposition reaction is efficiently promoted, while damage of the titanium oxide is prevented.SOLUTION: An apparatus for removing organic materials by decomposition decomposes and removes organic materials adhering to a metal member or ceramic member which is loaded therein. The apparatus includes a decomposition tank 2 that is packed with granular titanium oxide and equipped with a heater to heat the titanium oxide, and a swinging part to swingably hold the metal member or ceramic member to which the organic materials adhere. The swinging part is equipped with a holding part to hold the metal member or ceramic member and a swing shaft 5 to rotate back and forth with the holding part fixed. The swing shaft 5 is disposed above the titanium oxide packed in the decomposition tank 2.</p> |
