PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data creation program and the like for creating report data related to authentication for standard adaptability of equipment.SOLUTION: A data creation program according to the present invention causes a computer that is connected with target equipment via a network and creates data related to authentication of standard adaptability of the target equipment, to function as: standard information acquisition means for acquiring standard information including a function list of the equipment and standard requirements for each function; equipment information acquisition means for acquiring, from the target equipment, mounted functions mounted on the target equipment; and creation means for extracting the standard requirements corresponding to the mounted functions mounted on the target equipment from the standard information, and creating data including the mounted functions mounted on the target equipment and the standard requirements of the mounted functions.
