<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rattling due to vibration and lessening of fastening force with time, breakage of a fitting tab, etc., in spite of a difference in thickness between the fitting tab and a body panel.SOLUTION: A curtain airbag 1 has a fitting tab 4 projected from an airbag body 3 in a rolled state. The fitting tab 4 of the curtain airbag 1 is bent in an inverted U shape and has both side parts sewn to form a pocket 7. An adjustment plate 12 is inserted into the pocket 7. A claw part 9 of a clip 2 is inserted into the pocket 7 of the fitting tab 4 and each hole of the adjustment plate 12 to be held at a shaft part 10. The claw part 9 of the clip 2 is locked to a hole part 15a of a body panel 15 to hold the curtain airbag 1. The adjusting plate 12 which is thick enough to form no gap at the shaft part 10 between a head part 8 and the claw part 9 of the clip 2 is selected and interposed in the pocket 7.</p> |
