PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static electricity prevention circuit and a display device including the static electricity prevention circuit.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a static electricity prevention circuit and a display device including the static electricity prevention circuit. Specifically, in a static electricity prevention circuit in a display device including a driving circuit for driving a display unit that displays an image and at least one clock signal wire for transmitting a clock signal to the driving circuit, the static electricity prevention circuit includes: at least one transistor electrically coupled to the clock signal wire; and at least one capacitor including one electrode coupled to a source electrode and a drain electrode of the transistor in common and the other electrode on which a predetermined fixed voltage is applied.
