<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of setting a sound volume level desired by a player without increasing a processing load of a CPU.SOLUTION: Reproduction of a sound signal includes an operation for reproducing a plurality of pieces of original sound data with a plurality of reproduction channels, and an instruction of a reproduction mode includes a first instruction V1 which can independently set a reproduction sound volume of the original sound data, and a second instruction VT. First means (SS17, SS19) for changing the first instruction at suitable timing of performance progress on the basis of a performance scenario for regulating the progress of sound performance, and second means (ST57) for changing the second instruction on the basis of a player's switch operation are provided, and sound performance which is started within a prescribed time after the second means functions is started with sound volume corresponding to a player's switch operation (ST45).</p> |
