The cooling device (1) has a cavity (2) through which the cooling fluid (3) is flowed and includes a pipe section (4) and a fluid communicating associated cooling section (7). The cooling section is thermally coupled with the battery unit (20).The pipe section is provided with a plastic material. The cooling section is provided with a metal material. The plastic material of the pipe section and the metal material of the cooling section are linked by a nanomold method.
