The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing mesoporous silica with fixed ferrocyanide and to a manufacturing method of an absorbent having selectivity for cesium by connecting mesoporous silica to ferricyanide in powder. More specifically, a method for connecting the ferrocyanide to the functional groups of ethylene amino groups substituting for an epoxy ring by synthesizing mesoporous silica using a nonionic surface active agent such as dodecylamine, TEOS and 3-GPTMS.
