<p>The invention concerns a method for self- monitoring of an electrical substation battery which powers electronic devices which protect, measure and control the plant items which directly carry and switch electrical power in the electrical substation, which comprises the following steps: - when said battery is energized, measuring by an electronic device, the voltage of the battery and determining by the electronic device, the nominal voltage that the battery must be, - automatically setting, by the electronic device, high and low alarm thresholds based on allowed excursions from determined nominal voltage lower limit and upper limit, - raising alarm of the measured voltage is upper than the high alarm threshold or lower than the lower threshold.</p> |
